Despite the COVID-19 lockdown, Yamin’s team successfully led the placement committee in his business school. With campuses closed and students at home, they faced the challenge of finding a way to bring in recruiters for the incoming batch of 600 students. He along with other members designed and built a unique digital platform to allow recruiters to shortlist, pre-screen, test, and interview candidates remotely. Through ample AB testing and mock drills, they perfected the platform and launched it, becoming India's first business school to run placements entirely online. With their innovative platform, they were able to place the entire batch within a record time of 3 days, surpassing all expectations and setting a new standard for the industry.
