1. Centre for Advanced Manufacturing in Robotics and Autonomous Systems (CAMRAS) at AI & Robotics Technology Park (ARTPARK)

- I initiated Rs 92.88 Cr Industry Accelerator proposal from ARTPARK for funding CAMRAS by the Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) in 80:20 model (Rs 74.78 Cr from MHI, Rs 18.1 Cr from ARTPARK).

- In this consultancy from ARTPARK, I undertook initial scoping, global market research, sales potential assessment as import substitutes, R&D budgeting, Gantt charting, etc. and then led multiple technical teams to create DPR.

- Five pre-ventures in the domains of UAV and Robotics are fully operational since Jan '23 (https://www.artpark.in/#projects) and have buy-in/ LOIs/appreciation from stakeholders.

2. Consultancy Project for Retention of expertise: Second Career Option within Indian Navy for Retiring/ Retired Sailors

- This Consultancy project by the Indian Navy's HR Development department toward reforming Indian Navy’s HR required me to undertake the Root Cause Analysis (RCA), research and survey of the target group, input collection from SMEs & Policy makers.

- As deliverables, I suggested measures for retention of sailors already in Service as well as for Re-employment, many of which have found their way in for initiating the sailor's employment policy change pan-Navy.
