He is a management graduate with a commerce degree. He worked as a management accountant with Escorts Limited after his MBA and then started Noble House, a management consulting firm specialising in HR. After 3 years, Nobel House became Noble & Hewitt, and in 1995, it became 100% Hewitt Associates. He worked until 2007 and held the position of Managing Director Asia Pacific. He joined Willis Towers Watson as a senior advisor and is now back with Aon as a senior advisor.
