He has a consistent track record of delivering sustained business value and outcomes through recommending, designing and implementing innovative digital products for Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, Travel & Hospitality industries. He has demonstrated capability in achieving high value strategic cost reduction, process improvements, productivity improvement, and operational excellence using structured techniques like Design Thinking, Scaled Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizan. Possesses proficient leadership skills with experience of building and managing highly motivated multi-disciplinary/ cross-functional teams and large practices. Holds Industrial Engineering Degree and MBA in Marketing and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean CSPO, CSM and SAFe PO/PM certified professional. He is also a co-author for one of the approved US patents in the area of Warranty Analytics.
Subscription Business Model & digital platform launch initiative for a leading power sports vehicles manufacturer in the US - Sanjeev was the Digital Product lead on this initiative and delivered significant results bringing in clear product led approach and outcome orientation to the engagement. He worked closely with the key stakeholders, collaborated with strategy, business, design and other partners to define a shared vision and Operating Model for the new Subscription business and helped translate that into a product vision, product backlog and roadmap. Leveraging a unique prioritization approach focusing on desirability, viability and feasibility he helped define and deliver an MVP that helped the clients to launch the product quickly into market. The new model helped them establish a new revenue channel and growth in overall revenues.
