He has held several key management roles spanning 30 years in FMCG, Consumer, Wellness, Retail Services and Communications Consultancy domains, with in-depth experience in P&L management, brand building, marketing, communications, starting and scaling international businesses, franchise network development, acquisitions, fund raising and investor management. He has led and motivated large (4000+) multinational / multicultural teams across India & South Asia, South East Asia, the GCC Region and East Africa, while being based in those markets.
New Business Scale-up: Led the domestic and global expansion of India’s leading beauty & wellness services and personal care products player, including launching company-owned operations in the GCC countries, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Kenya, making them profitable in the first year of operations itself; Established a full service communications consultancy from ground up, to make it a market leader in 18 months and the exclusive India-affiliate of one the world’s largest communications consultancies.
