Creating On-Demand Home Services Brand – TRADYZZ
A fully owned subsidiary of Mind3Global, a Singapore based Venture Capital Company, Tradyzz was created from scratch where he played a critical role to give dreams of its promoters a shape. The journey from ideation to brand creation had quite a few hurdles to cross. Conceptualized just before the outbreak of Covid-19 Pandemic, the project was almost called off due to lack of investor response. Keeping the hope alive for the promoters, was the first hurdle that he had to cross.
In-depth market study to understand what customers expect took the company more than two years of rigorous efforts that resulted into service offerings, cost structure and services optimization.
Tradyzz is all set to be launched in India in May 2023 with a pre-launch valuation of INR 130 Cr. Which is expected to grow further post launch with a positive business projection for next five years.

The Need:
To arrest employee turnover for this multi-million-dollar company and to retain its top talents from moving to the competitor.
The Challenge:
A cross cultural workforce spread across continents is no easy feat to manage and keep engaged with quite versatile aspirations at work as well as at personal space.
The Solution:
Discovering the current state and understanding the top management commitments to bring the change to address the challenges was the first step towards the solution.
Step two was to take the function heads on board, explaining the leveling principles and guidelines and taking their inputs for create a people strategy framework that not only addressed the current challenge but also designed to address the future challenges for next five years horizon considering the growth trajectory of the organization.
Step three was to socialize the framework across a diverse workforce spread across multiple geographies. This was addressed by creating a group of employees with a stronger social capital who can be the flagbearer of the change and take it to masses for a seamless adoption.
