Founded on October 2015, a beauty cosmetics company specialized in sourcing Organic Natural Sustainable Beauty Brands with a Science formula based. Building a fresh new niche category business in the Middle East from scracth and expanded to top key retailers in the region including the Indian market.

Category management: developpement and execution of the strategy for growth: sourcing new brands, product selections, terms of the agreements, negotiations, implementing pricing strategy per market. Marketing Calendar 360 per territory, new launch activations, and marketing campaigns per brand.

E-Commerce: Created the Business Model with the software third part agency.

Operation & Supply Chain: Inventory Management: P/L per brand,volume, stock per territory.

Finance- P&L: Sets the sales objectives per category/territory.

Pioneered the establishment of the new office in Morocco for B-to-B mission in Europe and USA.

Assisted the global fashion brands to shortlist manufacturers in Morocco. Initiate B-to-B mission to Europe and the US linking the Moroccan industrial companies with the international buyers: managed over 60 local Moroccan companies.

Defined the good partners from a panel of 500 companies, to integrate the ready made product category into their production: support to attend fairs, introduce trends support into their buying process.

Commercialized the textile/trend books from French Iconic Design Studio, pionnered in the field: Carlin international covering fashion-home decoration. Developed the culture of branding and creativity across a panel of 25 local companies, initiate them to the upcoming trends and how to integrated full support to create a range as a brand with a stroy telling.
