Naivedhya has worked across the 3 majors over 2 decades in the world – Globalization, Renewable Energy and Digital Transformation. Primarily a possibility architect to ideate, explore, create, and run businesses and start-ups. He has tackled & delivered on seemingly impossible problems, impasse by finding & building rare solutions. He is a result strategist, given some bandwidth to operate, execute and deliver.

An outcome attributed to his various associations from the past – Application Engineer, to Process industry BD, Corporate Credit, Business & Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy – doing multiple assignments from BPR, performance improvement to creating New Businesses, M&A and execution with P&L responsibility.


Renewable Energy Business: Started early and incorporated a business in Power & RE. Has overseen Solar plant implementation for 15MW with a 3 MW of EPC and implementing Wind-Solar hybrid while searching the sector sweet spot, structuring the business Hold Co. and SPVs and strategic business plan for creating sustainable value through impact investment. The pride was in catching the underlying business model early and seeing the market unfold in later years by portfolio sale of operational assets delivering value equally for risk-taking sellers and risk-averse buyers through sustainable long-term PPAs. The importance of small wins, through sharing of transmission infra with neighboring plants, a bonhomie among industry players and competitors, or even a Tri-partite Agreement with State Distribution and State TransCo. for wheeling & conserving solar energy, a first ever roof-top solar as against limitation of 1MW; has gone a long way in motivating and energizing teams.

Globalization & Digital Transformation: Aerospace & Defense business on Gov. push for private sector participation led to incorporation of high-technology, strategic avionics & defense electronics business which later expanded through M&A. Early learnings from Globalization model of offshoring core, non-core, and critical activities together with BPR, Lean and Automation lead to a business concept transformation towards Industry4.0 solutions, retaining and transcending the competencies while building on the capability and capacity. Removing redundancies, building efficiencies and coming up with an entirely new business model, LoB has been a feature for digital transformation that has created a platform for this business in expanding its core through Sensing, Communication, IoT and Analytics that will only grow with upcoming technological innovation and human-centric design UI/UX. Collaboration, JV, strategic alliances will be the cornerstone in fusion of capabilities, technologies and markets for enhanced customer value and profitability in future.
