Krishna Ganesh has nearly 25 years of exposure to the corporate world and has the maturity to understand the business in depth. Naturally, the solutions he offers to the challenges have a holistic touch. He has to his credit four successful digital business transformation projects and an HR project to boost employee utilisation to optimum levels. He has domain expertise in retail, HR, e-commerce, business process re-engineering, and change management.

His work at a multi-branch Orthodox religious mutt based out of Bengaluru or Udupi has been the best so far. His work involved management as well as digital consulting. He worked towards the digitization of Mutt's operations, thus offering consolidated reports on a dashboard to Swamiji. The reports involved 360-degree views of expenses vs. revenues, finances, the performance of various branches, manpower, etc. HR policy creation is in the works as of now. The digitization of logistics, purchases, and stores is also in the works. In his view, this project of his is a success, as Swamiji has appreciated his work.

His other project is in the retail domain. One of the lesser-known Bengaluru-based quick service restaurants (QSR) with four branches wants to grow big, so they approached him. He had to come up with a strategy to consolidate their existing business and prepare a road map for future growth. The strategy involved the digitalization of business operations and making them simple to operate. They had to custom-build an ERP hosted on the cloud to digitise the operation. In the first phase, the owners were able to get the revenue and expense details of each branch on a daily basis on their dashboards. The owners can also see what food items sell fast and what sells slowly in each of their branches. Based on the report, they can take executive decisions. The entire kitchen, storeroom, purchasing, and distribution operations are being digitised. The owners have good things to say about him.
