He led the post-merger integration of Housing.com with the parent company, REA Group. He drove the implementation of multiple cross-functional projects pertaining to the data platform, finance ERP, enterprise risk framework, security and BCP framework, corporate rebranding, and internal L2C system uplift while aligning with group leadership, functional stakeholders, and external consultants. It helped his company improve its overall tech infrastructure and drive digital transformation while automating manual processes across functions.
