A management consultant and IT professional with close to 20 years of experience across geographies and industry verticals, having worked on critical, transformational projects and solutions spanning banking and financial services, telecom, and logistics. He has attained certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, and Six Sigma Black Belt. He has completed his MBA from Lancaster University Management School, UK, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has completed his bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Pune University with distinction. He has also worked on numerous consulting assignments and is a visiting faculty member at Symbiosis Institute, a premier management school in India, where he teaches courses on financial risk management.
He led a crucial initiative in the customer experience domain for a large telecom client, where he was responsible for strategizing and implementing a customer portal that would enhance the customer experience, enable self-service for enterprise customers, and bring efficiency and standardisation to business processes.
The initiative involved multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams across geographies and spanned a period of 18 months (the first phase of 12 months and the second phase of 6 months).
