Delivering a previous employer's first customer-facing mobile apps in a large market was one of my most valuable and rewarding experiences. Serving as the product owner for these apps, this effort gave me a chance to work in different areas of the product, from User Experience / User Interface work, to infrastructure. This project yielded not only a strong product for the end user, but countless lessons learned and valuable insight that I frequently leverage for my clients in their pursuits, whether it is a new product, a new market, or an organizational change.

One of my favorite "wins" in my career was a business connection I made between a client and a partner organization; the client had a mobile application and I was able to identify a partnership opportunity that proved highly beneficial for both parties. Each player was in a different industry and different spaces -- yet there was an overlapping customer segment that represented great potential value for both organizations. By asking the right questions, opening the lines of communication, and identifying a great opportunity, I was able to create a big win for both orgs -- and a win for the organizations I serve, is the best kind of win I can earn.
