A. Launch of the First EMV / Chip Cards in Singapore: A time bound project that required millions of investment dollars, creating, and testing a new technology in the region.He led an International team across Time Zones (Asia, US, UK, Latin America) to deliver within aggressive timelines prescribed by the Central Bank of Singapore (MAS). He successfully launched 3D Secure (for online e-commerce), transaction alerts, and converted all magnetic stripe corporate and consumer cards to chip-based cards simultaneously for American Express International.


B. Leading, growing, and inspiring his global clients group team at American Express, that managed 250+ global clients across Asia to deliver almost 200% growth. Renegotiated and renewed Multi-Billion Dollar worth of global and regional contracts.

Created structure, defined performance parameters, and hired a high-performance team to deliver on the hypergrowth objectives of his fintech employer. Simultaneously defined marketing strategies and launched multiple campaigns. Targeted specific industry pipelines to enhance market presence and share of wallet by growing awareness of their state-of-the-art SaaS solutions for B2B and C2B segments. Promoted industry-agnostic E2E procurement to payment solutions in an uncertain inflationary market economy post Covid 19.

Delivered on expansion goals in Singapore, while developing new markets in Malaysia and Thailand. Partnered with IT teams to deliver significant product enhancements impacting global applicability of their solutions positively.
