A client had invested Rs 10Cr over a budget of Rs 30Cr and were getting an output of 15% of rated capacity. Came in and worked with the client team of engineers and technologists to get them upto 85% within 7 months which required a further investment of Rs. 3Cr. Showed them a pathway to 150% of capacity through de bottlenecking with a further investment estimate of Rs. 8-10 Cr.

A client was importing a RM from SE Asia where volumes were expected to 3X after a capacity expansion and wished to get the product manufactured in India to reduce SC investment. Worked with the client SC team and technologists to freeze specs and potential technology capabilities required. Identifed a 3PM with the required capabilites, went through the product development cycle and identified cost saving possible. Achieved a cost saving of approximately 17% while reducing lead times from 60 days to less than 10 days.
